Right now I'm in grade eleven and quite literally never do homework, reason being I want nothing to do with a practical job. I plan on working my ass of in grade 12 though so I can get accepted into a good college.

Yeah we don't really have that many gated communities here... and when we do they tend to be more middle-class homes instead of the wealthy elite.

That's a pretty wealthy area.

Around here, the wealthiest areas are filled with mansions instead of condos, varying in age from 100+ years old to built 5 years ago. Around Lake Calhoun and the other 4 lakes in South Minneapolis is where one of these mansion pockets is, while all around the shores of Lake Minnetonka in the western suburbs is one huge concentration of them, most notably the suburb of Orono, where many execs of the Fortune 500 companies in the area reside. Mansions tend to be built by large lakes around here.

That's... kinda pricey. Rent's not that high here unless you're living in the wealthier neighborhoods in and around downtown Minneapolis or Saint Paul. Dinkytown is pretty much exclusively a college area.
