All-out attacker; Maximize HP from Spiritmaster as well as having more than 10K HP to begin with lets him deal 9999 damage with Minus Strike on the first turn. I just spam Minus Strike and make sure his HP stays right in the middle where it's supposed to be.

Agnés: lv99 - Time Mage[MAX]/White Mage[MAX] (replace Time Mage with Spiritmaster if up against an elemental boss)
Support-healer; She's just here to cast Widen-area re-raise and the likes. Makes sure the party is as unwipeable as possible.

BP support; My Hero + Mimic + Mimic. Oh and he examines sometimes too.
