Well, I'm not going to spoil what my ultimate team is, since it's also Lisa's main team in that first story (have you had a chance to look at it yet?) that I've used for several wi-fi battles. I also like my Platinum and XD Gale of Darkness teams, they were among my better teams too :) I *can* reveal those teams, if you'd like. You'll notice quite a bit of overlap between those two teams (and Lisa's team once you read about it), so you can tell which Pokemon I prefer to use :P
Now for my next tale. My cousin on my father's side was getting married in York, PA and had booked the Holiday Inn for their guests, with a number of rooms set aside that were paid for by the family. So we called before the wedding, they said they didn't have any of the reserved rooms left and we would have to pay $116. When we finally said we couldn't make it, BOOM! somehow a room popped up that was part of the wedding block. Fast forward to the morning we were supposed to check out. Motel staff had slipped a bill under our door for $215 - $99 a night for two nights plus tax. So we had to fight again at the front desk until they finally realized that the rooms had been paid for. On top of that, the place was old, the indoor pool area was musty and hot beyond belief, the bathroom looked like crap, and the TV got about 20 channels. Not worth $99 or $116 or however much they wanted to charge.
Do you happen to remember what motel that was? It sounds like a place not to go to xD
But actually, not all hotels are bad... I've stayed in several very nice ones :)
