Yup, the matter of not having family around in the US is also a factor. All my relatives live outside the US and my mom is going to Sweden with my siblings at the end of September. And yes, I used to live in Burbank, Chicago. Yeah, we moved around a lot because of my mother's job and our inability to settle down lol. We always like change lol.

They turn grey when it's extremely sunny lol. And thank you! Haha yeah. I was a 'little' wasted there too. We went out for a drink before heading to the hotel. And you are as adorable as one can get! :O

Yup. It sucked to be honest. Really sucked. I think an infant who just learned how to use his hands could draw better. She said, "Oliver, are you making fun of my class? What is this drawing?". I told her, "This is the best I could do, deal with it, I suck at drawing", which lead her fuming at me lol. And you have some really cute drawings. Did you recently draw them?

Oh, that's good. I can't imagine myself working with kids. I don't hate kids, but I'm sure I'll murder a couple. Just a couple lol. I have a 9 year old cousin whom I wrestle with all the time. He's large, like fat large so he beats the crap out of me lol.

Awesome :) Here's the one I'm working on now... since it's active, feel free to post your thoughts in the thread - I love getting replies :) For this one, since you haven't played the more recent games, what you need to know as background information is that the girl who works alongside Lisa is the girl player character from the first gen remake games, and she's none too happy she wasn't in the second gen remake games - and that Lisa's made the full transition from journeying trainer to special agent xD

If you want to read the older stories too, let me know - though one is 55 chapters long xD so it's quite a long read.

I don't think I could buy a cute little car... I've grown up around the big ones and I've been spoiled by their huge interiors and their smooth comfort :P

I know, he's the reason I stopped watching the anime... I couldn't stand it anymore... That show would've been much better if Gary was the main character :P Actually, I would've liked to see a girl as the main trainer instead of just a companion.... maybe one like Lisa though Lisa herself would rather drive a car :P

But yeah, as I said, I'm kinda looking for work in the southeast and get away from home... without much success... I've been to college in North and South Carolina and I wish I was still there.

So, what are the main sections you're involved with here? I pretty much stick to the non Pokemon sections mostly (though I do briefly post about the games and how they've gone downhill xD) and the writing section only when I'm posting my stories.

Yup, I entered university rather early. I was somehow young for my class in high school lol. My mom used to tell me that exact same thing lol. I made a couple of friends there and generally I guess they are slowly accepting me as the new guy. And also since a new new guy came in so I hope they take it out on him haha. Artist and interior design huh? Then you must be an excellent drawer/painter. I literally can't draw the generic house with the trees and sun properly. I got yelled at when I was a kid for having a awful drawing to put in an exhibition we used to make in school lol. It does seem awfully tedious to deal with kids, but if you like having them around, I'm sure you'll do great.

It was my initial intention yes, but since the exam ultimately makes you a certified accountant IN the US, I wasn't sure I'd need it if I chose to work abroad. Which is really my intention. Now I'm starting to think otherwise. If I become a CPA, it would be great for securing good jobs, US or outside. I'm not that aware of the certificate to be honest, and I asked around my school. It's a vexing process lol.

We were originally living in Chicago. After he passed away, we moved to California then New York then California. And that's cool. Do you drive there? I can say that I rarely used my car in the US; now, in Dubai ALWAYS.

LOL somehow I got into writing Pokemon stories without liking other types of reading/writing... the only things I'm good at drawing are maps, lol. Which is why I have to request/commission others xD

Well, it's more or less the trainers who use the guns, but I can link you to the story if you want... though some of the background info on Lisa is in that huge story that I finished back in '08 :P

I have several, actually... the Buick Roadmaster/LeSabre (the inspiration for my username xD), Oldsmobile Ninety Eight, Chevrolet Caprice, Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, Lincoln Town Car, Mercury Grand Marquis... basically big "old people" luxury cars lol

I'm a very big anime fan and I don't watch much on TV besides it... mostly crime shows like Forensic Files and Body of Evidence. And I haven't watched Pokemon in years... the characters started getting on my nerves to the point where I couldn't watch it anymore (LOL Gary was actually one of the few bright spots in that entire show :P )

Yeah, I tried applying to a bunch of those positions (mostly the ones where I'd be living on campus as a residence supervisor) in the southeast but didn't get one of them :/ Probably because I majored in the wrong thing...

Well, I like cars that... ahem... you probably wouldn't expect me to like xD. And I'm not into literature in general but I am currently writing a Pokemon related story (and have done a couple before, including one very long one in the past, all including Lisa). Caution, my current story shows the Pokemon world in a way you wouldn't expect - with guns, cars and martial arts action :P

The thing I'm really into now, though, is anime. I can't get enough of watching it and I've been to my fair share of conventions as well. Are you into anime all that much?

Well, I still have one semester in university and I'm done; will take in the Fall. As for Dubai, I've got a job in my friend's dad's company there. It's basically a software development firm, and I'll be working as their accountant. It isn't much of a job, but it's a start and the pay is relatively well. I am liking it so far, but I'd obviously want to work in something better. And I'm originally from the US. My dad was American and my mom is Swedish, but I was born in the US. I can't say any word in Swedish though lol.

Yeah. It sucks I know but hopefully I'll get one up soon.

Well, that's actually wonderful from you. I can relate to bad colleagues; I have some of them right where I work, and I constantly bicker with them lol. I'm the new guy and apparently they perceive themselves superior since they worked longer than I did. That art class sounds interesting. Is this what you wanted, going into teaching? And good luck. I hope you like it and the class likes you which I'm sure they will.
