  • *pokes* Wondering if you're still up for putting together a 'competitive' (or as competitive as one can get) bit for the Dewgong line for its analysis article?
Well for me I have to stay in school or else I won't have health coverage through my parents -_- their employer has strict standards
Awesome. Well, that's not easy to pull off without cheating, you know? I mean, there are very specific ways to roll dice to get perfect rolls, but you have to have a steady hand and pay very close attention to what number of dots are face-up.

Bruisers are awesome in RPGs in general. In fact, I'm running a semi-bruiser party in my second play-through of EO4. It's still pretty hard, but the game allows you to carry over previously added guild members, so I created a "clean-slate" team ahead of time using some classes that aren't available until late game. They can use a lot of the same equipment as the other classes, but I had to equip them with their specialty items so they could use their class skills right from the get-go (attacks aren't stronger than normal for the early game, but the weapons are still kind of powerful since they aren't available until near the end of the game, otherwise).

Also, the RP I'm doing is kind of a kid-friendly one. It's not the adventure RPs like I used to do with other people, but there is a little bit of action going on. The guy's "Poké-sona" is actually a feral inflatable Ninetales with the power to turn other Pokémon into pooltoys. It's supposed to be a nice power, but we got to a point where Pyra (my Vulpix witch OC and Osiris's daughter) was brought into the mix and she suddenly terrorized everyone when she unleashed a horrifying transformation on Chip (a Weasinge/pyro-weasel who's scared of transformations). In the aftermath, everyone got upset at Pyra, including her father whom forced her to change Chip back. Osiris and Pyra then left. We're now at a point where the other Ninetales is trying to introduce Chip the nice side of being a toy, though Chip's extremely hesitant... OMG, I can't believe I've gotten into it that much... Sorry if that sounds just flat-out weird to you. A lot of RPs I've been in usually got weird, even when they had a defined plot. This one has to be longest I've been in ever. >.>
Yeah, public 4-year universities are linked to the 2-year community colleges, so I guess that it's easier to transfer to. :3
Ah, okay. Well, the RP I'm doing is just via PM on FA. It's nothing bad, just cutesy and kind of fun. It's actually going on pretty long. We're up to a point where I introduced my Ninetales OC Osiris from Biohazard, and the guy's sort of impressed with his strict demeanor and sage-like intellect.
I do actually have one friend that does actually take one class at the university here, and then the rest of their classes at the local community college. I didn't think dual-enrollment like that was possible, to be honest!
Unfortunately, I think all of the state colleges in Florida use it. If I was able to escape it, then I would, but I'd much rather keep to a state college which is less expensive than a private college :P
Go on tumblr and just search up MyMathLab. The disgust is pretty high (and hilarious actually).
Then again, did you do your homework the night of your lectures, or did you do your homework closer to the due date and a few days after the lecture?

Also, online math homework sucks -_- at least if I were able to turn in my homework on paper, I could get as much credit as possible by showing my work
Honestly, I think math hates me. I try to enjoy it, but it's not a pleasant experience at all >:(
She actually encouraged me to use her as a reference, which I will. :)

Also, what to do now? Apply for more jobs or continue this math homework which is making me angry? >:(
Your job is full-time? I could have sworn it was part-time lmao

Aha, it wasn't me making the boss look bad. In fact, my supervisor wanted me to continue, but I was unable to due to my work study eligibility being cut.
I used to do a lot of RPing in the past, but I stopped because some of my so-called "friends" kept badgering me about not breaking character when I didn't have any other place on the forums to discuss our RPs' directions. It got so frustrating that I just stopped. This one isn't too bad, though I've admittedly made a few mistakes that my RP friend has forgiven (that being overlooking minute facts he had set down about his own OCs, that's all).
    Too bad it's only 4-months experience and that's it. A lot of employers specify experience to the year, and not months ;-;

Ugh, luckyyy you. Then again, you have time to play and I don't. I'm in school and you're not, so that evens everything out.
Heh, too many RPs I've been in deviate drastically from the intended plot. I don't think I've ever actually stuck with one to the bitter end. Usually they just putter out or stop because of arguments. Some people get very belligerent when you break character... That's why I usually avoid participating in them like the plague. This kid's fairly nice about it as he wants to see how I adapt the storyline given Seraph's generally negative and defiant attitude.
I was denied a job last week, and I feel angered by it considering the person that was interviewed before me had just a short polo shirt on while I actually dressed up in a long-sleeve polo and a tie. I did apply for a job at the local grocery store after that, and another one at my college I could be qualified for.

I could have sworn you were already Level 30 in LoL...
H-Staff never told us anything, so we're just leaving it as is since nobody has given us an indication of its future.

And yep! I'm not especially looking forward to those sorts of encounters or experiences, but it comes with the territory. I'd really consider law school but I am not financially able to do so. :'(
