Yeah I tried some of that stuff before. Just cant get how to mix the codes for a large one (to work)
if I do then I have to learn

RGSS (Just b.c, I might move on later)
Some other codes to "Scratch?)code my games, i have some ideas down now. cant do with hacking or rmxp so :P
HTML/CSS I tried CSS before, but like I said I cant mix them o.o. HTML I dont think Ive gotten into.

We will, in a very basic form at first, but I'd like to really integrate it into the site in the future.
And I've actually been working on it lately - hopefully in the next few weeks it'll be up. The other guy that was doing my coding and such got swamped with other things and it all fell on me. :/

Pretty much, yes.
But don't be afraid to experiment. There are some perfectly nice titlescreens with pretty complex(ish) backgrounds. Just make backups of your Rom and test the hell out of it :D
