I suggest using Rock Slide for Charizard and Flygon, they can take advantage of the Flinchhax. It's fine to leave it on Metagross.

HP Bug still has an advantage of being on Swampert rather than Tyranitar, Celebi will stay in on Swampert to get ko'd, while it will switch out against Tyranitar. You need to go to the move deleter and delete every move except for sketch. With Sketch, try to get Spore, and with the Sketches you learn at later levels, try to get Baton Pass, Substitute, and Belly Drum. Smeargle has horrible base attack stats so don't bother with moves like Earthquake and...

Raikou's probably something like UU-BL now percentage-wise, it's gotten severely shafted by Zapdos.
