Although it would sound as a nice addition, to be honest Fire Red/ Leaf Green's Elite Four did not actually have any pokemon from the Hoenn region in their post nat.dex team. They did however included Johto pokemon in their team, so I wouldn't get my hopes up to see those in this crystal remake...
