Battling Help! My friend and I want to have a battle today. However, he doesn't have wifi at his house. I know there is a way to battle just between two DSs without having wifi, but how does that work? where do you go to do this and can you use a pokemon of any level?

I forgot to mention one thing that might have messed up my EVs, I used some vitamins, doesn't each vitamin count as 10 EVs in a certain area?
