  • You keep thinking that. I'mma gonna go back to bed for the next three years.

    Also, I don't know why I didn't notice you VMed me back. Maybe it's because I got overloaded by how many sexy people drop me notes. In any case, yep to the film note, particularly the part about how awesome films back in the day didn't get much revenue. ;_; But hey, you've got a point. It's probably easier now to get a foot in the door, now that people actually take these industries more seriously than they did before Hitchcock.

    Also, so long as you don't go on a massive psychotic rampage backed by dark magic, I think we're good. And if you do, uh, remember to burn everyone else but me?

    As for my stance, personally, I thought the first four books were good. Rowling did a great job of introducing us to a unique world within something more familiar, the characters were lovable, and the plot didn't drag too much. However, when Harry started to emoangst in books five and six, my fangirlism started to die off, even though I have to admit the basic plot started getting good. ('Course, the buildup to Harry's usual end-of-the-year epic battle felt like it took forever in Order of the Phoenix. Half-Blood Prince wasn't too bad in comparison because I kinda liked the backstory bits.) I've yet to read the seventh book, meanwhile, not because everyone I talk to about it says it's not worth it but instead because I keep finding it in a bookstore when I either have no money or get distracted by something shinier. (Case in point: Last time I found it in a shop, I picked it up, only to see out of the corner of my eye Stephen King's Nightmares and Dreamscapes. With only enough time to read one or the other, guess which one I picked up instead.)

    How about you?
    I don't wanna. D: I allllwwwwwaaaayyysss have to. ;;
