What type should the legend's type be? Oh, and are you sprites jpeg, cause they look like it.. Should I make a water starter?

I can only seem to lineart (outline) and a lil colors.

well a little...but i will fix them...im just getting better...but it doesnt matter so i fix em more...they r actually pretty good not bad

Do you sprite them? From what im seeing, I notice a bunch of pokemon parts which is considerd "fusing/Splicing"
Did you mix pokemon togather to make those?
