Not sure but Jason is in Oak Town and by the looks of things you seem to be near some grasslands, if you want perhaps we should meet on the outskirts of Oak Town. As for the battle i think it should be Single 2v2. The rest i think should be played out as we wish, but i want your input on my opinions as well.

Like in the anime, pokeballs are (somehow automatically) registered to their trainers, and in order to officially trade one must use a trading machine. You'll be able to find those in the pokemon center. Unless the original owner reports a pokemon as stolen though, you won't get in trouble for just taking someone else's pokemon generally speaking. Alternatively, a trainer can release their pokemon (As in, permanently) but with the intention of the other trainer catching it.

Well, until Vincent's encounter is done I can't say for sure, but you can if you like. I'll be honest though and say that at your trainer's pokemon's levels there's really no chance of winning. lD

Confused on what to make for another sprite....would like an idea of a sprite/fusion from anyone.
