Well, a seed is something that is generated when you turn on the game. Seeds each have a bunch of frames, and each frame will have a different Pokemon associated with it. So the spread for your shiny Bisharp is on a certain frame. Each seed as an infinite amount of frames. When you start your game there will be a starting frame, the frame it is when you can first control your character. You have to find this frame, then advance the frame a certain number of times to get to the frame of your shiny Pokemon.

So what frame did it match up with?

Did you catch the Pokemon attracted by the Sweet Scent?

Does the Liepard match any of the frames for the seed? (Copy the seed into the main box of the RNG Reporter and put Starting Frame at 40.)

Do you know how to hit your seed? Did you use a Pokemon that knows Sweet Scent to find your Parameters?

Your starting frame is 65? Open the menu as quickily as poosible then use sweet scent and use that Pokemon as your starting frame.

oh and check the box that say nearby shiny frames.

Go to the Time Finder and click on the Capture tab, and fill in the year and month, for method put Method 5 (Standard Seed), encounter type Wild Pokemon, encounter slot 4, any IV's, and ability that you want, plug in your ID and SID and hit generate.
