No, since the Distro-Roms are Rom-Hacks of the Original Nintendo Deoxys Distribution. Creation programs just use it or have the rom inside their code and creates a new rom. So, it's a Rom-Hack. And I got the Giratina PCD done already~

I found out that distributing Destribution Roms are like Game Roms, illegal. So, we might be in some problems. I will destribute the .PCD card, and people are to create the Distributions themselves.

EDIT: The mascot will be Giratina due to his difference from other Pokémon.

PFF's mascot is the Inverted-Top PokéBall. It symbolizes difference (that we concentrate on the fandom which is considered opposite to official) and independence from Wikia, which had the logo as a normal PokéBall with Pikachu. Our mascot used to be Pikachu until I went independant from wikia.
