I'll vote for Magnezone because it looks badass and some of his moves are strong accompanied by his stats then I'll vote for Electivire cause' of its look and I tend to prefer tough looking ones over cute ones. I'll vote for Helioptile... Don't know the reason or maybe because of its evolved...

Rotom is a good choice and if it's okay, I'll add Lanturn to the stage because of its Volt-Absorb ability too. I'd also like to add in Zapdos if you can with Zapdos being a Flying/Electric type making other Electric pokemon with ground moves ineffective against it.

I agree with you with Shinx and its evolution line being Dark/Electric types, although psychic attacks will be useless against, Fighting types will have an advantage. (I don't know other Dark type weakness... So yeah...)
