Yeah, exactly. Said Espeon has eaten a Fiery Dance fruit. The fruits dun care about what type you are, which is why I used a Thunderbolt fruit as an example for my Wartortle :P

Just the one :P like, when you ate the Crunch fruit, you learned an extremely powerful version of Crunch, and that's it. If Dexter'd eat the Thunderbolt fruit, he could suddenly make an immensely powerful Thunderbolt, but he couldn't swim.

Well, anyone who's read/watched One Piece, would know what it is :P
But basically, it acts like a TM, only two things: 1. You can't swim when you've eaten a fruit. 2. The move the fruit teaches is 3 times as powerful as the normal version of said move.

As to the rivalry, unfortunately due to Deoxys' many tamperings with Somnus' mind he really can't feel jealousy or any of the other emotions to spark a rivalry. What we can do is have Alistar think there is a rivalry going while Somnus is entirely oblivious and continues to make comments that causes Alistar to think that Somnus is trying to upstage him.

Not really. For DD I have a ton of ideas and once the infected get done with the hunt for a uninfected sidequest done the real story will begin. Yes, it is a small sidequest, but one that will prove very important to the story later on.
