And yep, I liked the first posts for the RPG'rs, and the fact that everyone's posted in less than a day is a good sign when it comes to how active everyone is!

I guess in a way it is rare.. because the noun "empath" in the dictionary means "a person with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental or emotional state of another individual."
I dunno, I just figure it's common sense.. perhaps too many people are lacking that?

That's what I meant, too. Typhlosion has poor defenses, like Charizard, so the former isn't suited to staying in battle for up to 5 turns.

Ground Pokemon can still take them. But since it leaves Typhlosion locked in battle for up to 5 turns, it's not good considering its poor defenses.

That's what bulky Ground Pokemon are for, too, to absorb Electric attacks.

To answer back to your blog comment: Charizard and Typhlosion have the exact same stats. Like I said, go with Charizard because of its superior movepool. Sure, it has a Stealth Rock weakness, but that's what Rapid Spin is for.
