yeah i've planned the basic story, I jus gotta add in details and side quests and a 'hurdle' for the hero to overcome (a'la Team Rocket) but i'm not sure whether I want an 'evil team' or not. I got the starters worked out, they'll be 6 to choose from, first you choose an element (fire,water,earth) and then from there you get a choice of 2 starters (growlithe or vulpix, staryu or shellder, sunkern or exeggcute) They all evolve via stones which won't be readily available, perhaps have the stone that the player needs be a reward for completing a mission or something. I have yet to fiddle with their stats and moves etc to make them more even. But yeah that's basically it haha

hey yeah I've been mapping a few things and done a little scripting - I was previously scripting in pokescript but I decided to change to XSE so I've been sorta learning that and yeah, how's everything going with you?

I'm not sure how much I like the buildings, but it's nice, I like the environment tiles more than annything.

Well, then you don't insert them into your ROM.

Uh, well print screening a map into paint and pasting your tiles onto and seeing how they look only takes a matter of seconds... Not too much of a blow. :<

Maybe, but legendaries outclass stuff like regular Pokémon. But, Viscamans would be a total uber.
