Yeah I plan to jog once I get them. Sucks because the clinic was supposed to be open today, and I called this morning and it said they were closed >_> annoying!

Have you been tested for allergies though? My nose runs when it gets too cold or when I eat something even slightly spicy.

And yeah, though it's not uncommon. My doctor back in Canada was just really good and wanted to make me aware of issues that might come up, and told me to wear regular insoles. It doesn't hurt unless I do walking/ running literally the entire day (travelling on vacation for example) but I rather take preventative measures because I dont want hip or knee problems when I get older.

.. For my fallen arches.. in my feet. I over-pronate when I walk/ run. I need molded insoles because the off the shelf ones don't do anything for me.

I don't mind having 3-4 team members but projects like silver legend that have many members doing certain things i think thats to far, like yeah its a great hack but many people think zeno is a great hacker when the case is it was a team effort and i dont think the other team members are getting the credit they deserve, but eh ohwell lol anyway you wouldn't happen to know how to insert battle backgrounds?
