I'd always support my country, whether it was right or wrong.

Wrong. Communism is an economic system seeking to get rid of the class issue. Dictatorships and Monarchies are necessary for rebuilding nations and people that are at their lowest, since a large group of people making decisions would only bicker, leaving their citizens to rot. No, the point of...

Uruguay becomes first nation to legalise marijuana trade

Well, looks like everyone's moving to Uruguay.

Pope Francis Takes Aim At Ideologically Obsessed Christians

This all started with the Great Awakening. People burned Bibles and other religious texts, went into psychological fits, and chased classic pastors and preachers out of their towns. The Great Awakening is what started this ideology. We can, hopefully, put an end to it with this Pope's reign...

Fast Food Robot Builds the Perfect Burger

If the machines say things like "Thank you. Have a nice day." and "Here's you order, DEAR customer." etc, the customer service will actually be BETTER than what we have with humans.

    Is power good or bad?

"With great power comes even greater responsibility." -- Power should be EARNED, not given.

    Black and Blue.

As said by Introvert, I've found the majority of comedians today are embracing black and blue humor. I know The Lonely Island and Daniel Tosh are excellent examples. I, myself, prefer black over blue. My favorite short story is Masque of the Red Death - which is basically extreme black humor. I...

Major tech companies unite to call for new limits on surveillance

Do you see here how well these companies work together? And yet I'm seeing things like the illegal purchase of user data through an alliance of tech companies, which they are using to bring Google and Android down. Like, really? These companies can work so well together the majority of the time...

Fast Food Robot Builds the Perfect Burger

Just waiting for that "Service Economy" to crack... I called it. Just waiting for it to happen, which will be any day now. Remember my whole rant about machine-based standards for proper communist economies to work? This is just the beginning.

Sexism against males - why does no one acknowledge this?

It seems most people still agree that women are getting the worse end of the stick. I just found this video - I'd suggest watching ALL of it. w__PJ8ymliw

    Blaming the victim

That's all I was saying. She thought she was, herself, partly to blame - she even admitted her own personal irresponsibility. And yet everyone attacked me for mentioning that irresponsibility *sigh* I'm glad not everyone thinks of this as a blame game and instead actually looks at every angle.

Delta school board member faces backlash about transgender comments

You should go to a bathroom that fits the manner in which your member...well, goes to the bathroom. If you have a male member and breasts, go to the male bathroom. The male bathroom is literally DESIGNED for male members, just as female bathrooms are designed for female members. It's biology...

I'd always support my country, whether it was right or wrong.

I would like to move to Canada, if I am to move anywhere, if it's just me. If I have a child - or plan to have children - on the other hand, I'm going to Japan. This is because of their increasing focus on Yutori Kyōikueducation. I'm not going to have my child force-fed stupidity. I'll have them...

    Pro Choice Opinions?

Here's a stance on abortion, for all those that haven't been women in a situation where you had to make a choice: vCZ1YteCv5M 1:20-2:30 Opens your eyes, doesn't it?

    Blaming the victim

A friend of mine in high school once went with a "friend" of hers to see that "friend"'s grandmother in the nursing home. My friend was wearing a dress, below her waste but above her knees, over there because she had to go to a party later. Seeing her in that dress, in that way, he managed to...

    Blaming the victim

I always look on the side of the villain first. I'm not going to automatically say that the victim was to blame, but there often tends to be a reason why the "villain" chose that particular victim - not always, just most of the time.
