The only thing I'd say is to see if you can get some EVd pokes. If you can, then make a section for that too. (Im not sure, but didn't I trade you some in the past?)
Also, look into some CSS coding for looks if you want, but that's optional

I think you may have PCNYb and PCNY confused, but I may be wrong. I just googled it, and it seems all PCNYb Kingdra are Lvl. 35...but I'm not too sure. xD I could be wrong.

I just looked it up, PCNYb Kingdra's come at Lvl. 35, but I can still trade you it back, if you'd like.
