Oh, it's the Rotom-Dex Photography app! The Poké-Finder. The spot there has a few Pokémon you can take pictures of, I think you need to press R. Look at your lower screen when it happens :o

I think it is more like black2/white 2 because the legendary pokemons got a new "form", like they did with Kyurem, and I checked the first screenshots, the outfit of the boy looks different, ofc that is not much of evidence since we can buy new clothes in S/M x3
