The Coin Case is obtained from doing events in the Rocket Headquarters and then the Catacombs. As for the VS Seeker, I don't think there's a way to obtain it currently, and like the Fame Checker it might not make an appearance, but I don't know.

I used patch 2.04. I don't have a 1.0 on the rom file name, nor a 1.1 or whatever, but I keep a copy of the clean rom and it works with every single hack I've tried which requires 1.0, so I'm assuming it's the unmodified version?

I just double checked, and I was using patch 2.04 for my entire playthrough. Now my own mega evolution mechanics worked fine, but enemy trainers and their pokemon were both just rather glitchy. Their trainer names glitched at the start of the battle and the script when mega evolving I think? I...

Did you examine the computer with the letter from the pokemon league?

You can obtain both, it's just based on luck. It took me forever to get one of each. Another report: All of the opponents that use Megas have that Mega glitched; it's level 0 and only gives 1 exp. I didn't know if you were already aware or not. Loving the game, though.

Hey, I'd like to help on your Heart Gold hack with some trainer sprites, if you wouldn't mind. I'm not that knowledgeable on hacking, but I like tampering with sprites a lot. Is there any requirements needed, and is there an easy way to contact you and directly send you files?
