But I'm sorry, no one is responsible for helping you improve into an admin. Forum owners, especially Vbulletin owners, want instant success of their forum. So apparently they wouldn't love to spend five years to train you into a good admin. You can either spend money to find a "coach", or simply learn it by yourself. I'm not obliged to help you become a decent admin, and so are with those pokemon website/forum owners.

Unfortunately, I don't have much spare money, but I can be helpful once the FTP is up and running, that is what I do know. But, you can try something like GoDaddy for a host. So long as you have a password like -32Gsk10&%5 (or a strong password with numbers uppercase and lowercase, letters, and symbols) then GoDaddy is safe, if you have a password like 'test123' or 'chat' then GoDaddy is not safe at all. When you guys do set it up, if you need any technical help with the FTP or cPanel, I'd be willing to help you guys out.

Being an admin/mod does mean you have to deal with stuff if it's a large website, and if it's a small board suppose it's not as fun. -_- But that's just me - I like my optimism. (BTW I have some experience modding - am a mod on Serebii. Yay? Meh.)
