Maybe you are good at scripting. But,that honestly gives you NO right to be a jerk about everything. At some point, you were where he was at. You didn't jump out of your mom's womb knowing everything about the world. Telling someone they shouldn't do something because they're no good is an idiotic thing to do, mainly because there's areas to improve. You're only making yourself look like an idiot. Also, you weren't giving any criticism, you were just being rude. Straight from Dictionary.com:

You didn't analyze, evaluate, or judge anything. What you did, if I recall correctly, is just insult, insult, then agree with someone.
Yes, you need a few lessons in being humble. And, no I don't think I'm your mom. If I was, I wouldn't have raised you as badly as she did. Am I saying she's a bad mom? No, I'm saying you're a horrible, immature brat. What's wrong with putting people down, you ask? The fact that you yourself aren't that great at all. You're just as low as them, maybe lower for acting like you're higher. You're moderate at scripting, since all you do is correct some grammar. I've yet to see you produce any sort of hack on your own(other than taking over Light Platinum, which STILL isn't your work, no matter how much you like to think it is), so you honestly have absolutely NO room to criticize them! Ah, that's socially unacceptable. Socially unacceptable? Yes, it would not be accepted in society. You would lose any job, vast amounts of friends, and (which you already have) tons of respect from people. Telling the truth? No, you gave your OPINION on something. Someone could think his work is absolutely breathtaking. Since that is a possibility, that instantly demotes your "truth" to opinion, which is yours and yours only. Opinions are like buttholes, everyone's got one and they stink. Keep your butthole out of PokeCommunity. Hardly anyone wants your arrogant jerk-wad self here anyway.

Just because they're different doesn't mean that they aren't similar. They are both the result of a creative decision made by the game creator(s). And your opinions on the issue of whether creative decisions should be left intact (which are apparently a little mixed) should apply to both equally. That's my opinion and you can badger me all you want but I'm sticking to it.

Whether a name is "sucky" or not is entirely subjective. And you could just as easily claim that the fact that Flying-type moves are super effective against Fighting-type pokémon was a "sucky" decision made by Game Freak. They're both subjective and if you think you should be able to change names, then I think metapod23 should be able to change the type effectiveness table. Again, that's my opinion. Notice how I go out of my way to point out the subjectivity and refrain from using words like "should," "never," or anything definitive. I suggest you do the same.

In case that was too much for you, I'll sum it up real quick:
In truth, I have absolutely zero problem with you changing WesleyFG's work (provided you have permission, which, before you accuse me, I acknowledge that you do). My complaint is that you're a hypocrite by saying that metapod23 shouldn't change the effectiveness of Electric attacks on Ground-type pokémon on the pretense that "GameFreak made it like that" but you're changing things in Light Platinum despite the fact that "WelseyFG made it that way." Now do you see where I'm coming from?
