Download a fresh copy of Essentials if you broke yours, after you delete your save file.
It's not EPI nor EBS related. You either:
A) Have Pokemon in your save's party which don't exist in the data of your game anymore
B) Are missing icon sprites for Pokemon added to your game's data -
