Yeah, I think the healthy diet part is the hardest. I frequent the gym as my main form of exercise apart from sports, I like to consider that as entertainment and competition rather than a way to exercise, but I still yet to keep a consistent healthy diet. I'm always in that state where I can eat whatever I want but I just prefer healthy meals. Like some hardcore people, they know all about the calories and everything and I don't pay a lot of attention to that stuff although I should. ):
