If I get the context correctly (ergo what happens when they yell something like that) I'd guess they'd imply (in that order)
-a machine gun firing
-a hostile sniper/tank/helicopter has been sighted
-when a support/medic gives out ammunition/medicine
-when a grenade is either thrown or when a enemy one is incoming
-occasionally this is being yelled as well

I think it is not that hard, I once teached a bunch of americans standard german swears in my language in a skype call, had to be quiet though, I didn't wanted my dad to hear them. So yeah German can be easy, "can be"
