Haha, Don't make em too dark. =b there has to be a sliver of light somewhere. XD But I find somewhat dark stories a lot more interesting, yes.

Well, a lot of us have gotten really busy, with school and stuff. That's what it was for me. I just had so much worrrk to do. But I've never planned on leaving permanently. ^.^

Exactly, I mean did you read the final boss' speech in XD? He says "Grr...my whole plan has been defeated by a child. Now, face XD001" or some stuff like that. The point is he says that every one of his plans, which were created by countless adults, was defeated by 1 single child (rofl). However now Nintendo at least made the main characters older than 10, but still, they aren't adults.

Exactly. Actually I was planning on getting to rom anyways, since it's hackable. Also I think I've heard this somewhere here before but now I really believe Nintendo is recycling old Pokemon. Just look at that fire monkey and I dare you to say it looks nothing like Primape! Not to mention they constantly recycle pidgey in birds like Starly, now they're doing it again in Black/White with Mamepato!

I can also see a similarity of the Gear Pokemon to Magnemite's evolutionary base. For example, I'm sure they will make it's evolution 3 or 4 gears instead of 2.

I am also really disappointed in Reshiram and Zekrom now, well mostly Reshiram.

Zekrom:

I like the idea of Electric/Dragon although it's kinda like WTF because Zekrom is black, I'd really hoped it would be a Dark/Dragon type.

Reshiram:

I can't even begin to explain how horrible this surprise was. I was like "oh please don't let this be true" because honestly, Fire/Dragon?! I really had my hopes up for either Flying/Dragon or Ice/Dragon (New, unique combination). First of all Reshiram is white and has a turbine-like tail. Why in the world would it be part fire? --- I really am not going to get Pokemon Black JUST because of Reshiram now. (Will get Pokemon White, reluctantly because I am a fan)

As for the crocodile Pokemon it looks like Nintendo recycled Hippopotas. And the Zebra one looks like Nintendo recycled Girafarig.

Ohh and it also looks like they're recycling the DPPt Pokedex on the outside and updating the inside. You remember the DPPt Pokedex Sugimori Art, right? The new Pokedex's Art looks a lot like DPPt's Sugi art to me.

When I got down to the Wi-Fi details I was like "Oh Gawd" and then I looked through it, and I might actually like it but I'll need a lot more information before I am certain. I like the idea of Random Matches because players will actually be able to use strategies without the other player knowing their strategy, such as if I versed you, then I versed you again soon after you'd know how I like to battle. However with random matches it is not always this way. Not to mention that players can verse people in other countries, according to Nintendo.

I also like that they finally switched the Professor to a female, all the Professors in the past have ONLY been male in games. I mean it's good that they used males, but ya gotta have feminine Professors to balance it out too.

Overall I think the gameplay will be awesome but the Pokemon are completely overkill. (This statement is based on what we currently know)

It's not like the mods here just ban everyone in sight, but they're there to keep the community as safe as possible. Anyways, I remember you said the shiny Quagsire thing to me a while back. Apparently shiny shadows work a bit weirdly in Pkmn XD because they LOOK like they're normal, not-shiny shadows until you purify them. (My Growlithe was red until I purified it) However the icon when your looking through your party is shiny, but that's it... I never saw a legit shiny shadow pkmn in a Game Cube pkmn game before, so this is news to me.

Sounds like the n00bs here, but when you get to meet the people that aren't n00bs they're pretty fun to talk to. Just purified that Growlithe, definitely 100% shiny. (Now I have a closer angle to view it at) Also you know what was really funny, RIGHT after I caught the shiny shadow pkmn another trainer had a shiny smeargle (I took a screenshot, but it's stuck on my DSi =/) Unfortunately it wasn't a shadow T_T But that shiny was not fixed to be shiny, I'm 100% sure of it. That shows that any of the trainer's Pokemon can be shiny, it's just luck if they are shiny and it doesn't matter if the Pokemon is a shadow or not. Sure, people would like to be a shadow to catch it, but the Smeargle proved it doesn't necessarily need to be.

Lately I've been playing Pkmn XD again for the fun of it (haven't played in like 3 years). Right now I am at the Cipher Key Lair. Something weird is happening though, I think I see a shiny shadow in battle o_0 The growlithe appears to be very yellow and according to memory, yellow growlithe = shiny. No shiny animation though...I'll give more information soon. Definitely yellow I'm sure of it.

heh heh =P You're never going to learn if you just wait for a program to come to you, do some searching. There are numerous 3D programs with amazing results including Maya, UDK, and probably others lol Not to mention with UDK you don't even need to script, all you have to worry about is your thought and your maps. So it's like RPG Maker without the need to script, and it's in true 3D. I think you mentioned a while ago you wanted FK to be in 3D...either way (whether or not you said that) it would make the game awesome looking.

I agree about the legends, I like Zekrom better than Reshiram but Zekrom makes me think of transformers...I don't know why but no matter how much I look at it I see a transformer-ish look from it.

As for Origin I got a 3D engine done (NeoMode7 heavily modified) so now I am working on getting it to a better FPS (Runs around 36, not too bad but could improve) and 3D objects with multiple faces. Maybe it'll be done soon :P
