Um I'm guessing you mean, how do we make everybodys maps/scripts ect just into one rom?
Just Maps: In advanced map there is a option to save the map file as a .map. Then in a differnt ROM you can insert the .map file
With the whole ROM such as maps scripts and sprites. There a .ips files which you need (Lunar IPS)
there are others such a .ups and .aps but ..not now.

exactly, going how things are, i would still say it would take bout 2-3years. Hacking aint a quick easy job espc to be the best. Its takes some of the best more then a year for one hack

Events are like scripting. XSE prefered, I know some basics like talking, so I can give you some of those. But Im not advanced.
