DArt has a load of those cool stuffs o3o Just search "gimp brushes" or "c4d packs" on DArt, and well, yeah.

If I recall correctly, I just used some of the brushes I got from DArt, and added in a C4D or two. And I changed the layer settings of the C4Ds and whatnot. Though now, thanks to some guides on GimpTalk, it's a lot more fun messing around with Gimp and adding in blurs, noise, etc.
