Jirachi's not usually a factor to consider for things - but if you want to talk meta in the DCC of the BTB section - always assume everyone there is speaking strictly as if they were doing what Smogon tells them to do, because while it is a legend - Smogon has Jirachi as OU not Uber, as I'm sure you know now after - that - happened
