Don't worry, it took me a while to figure all of this out :P

The stars are just auxillary characters you can type with your keyboard. ★☆ If you open up Wordpad (assuming you use Windows), hold down Alt and type in 9733, then let go of alt once you do that, and you'll get ★, and Alt+9734 gets you ☆.

I guess they can be the same xD lol. I'm sure they work though because it's not TV where the picture standards would be the same (ex. here in the US we use NTSC but y'all in Europe use PAL). A long time ago, I had ordered Gamecube video cables from eBay (didn't realize they were Japanese) and I was fortunate to see that they worked because Japan also uses the NTSC TV standard.

I also own a foreign Pokémon game.. a Japanese copy of Silver :P
Also, that was soooo nice of the person who gave you a free copy of Emerald :) I hope one of these days I can find my copy of it because I use it for cloning Pokémon because it is a favorite of mine :(

Oh I know specifically what to look for if I go on Deviantart, and if I don't find anything, then I just give up.. also, at the moment, my current desktop background isn't from Deviantart, but rather one I made and posted here on PC, though chances are, if I change it soon, it will come from DA :P

Deviantart is where I get a lot of my desktop backgrounds from though :P Also, I didn't even notice that until after I posted the image that the dog was a Houndour :o then again I was like half-asleep at 5:20 this morning getting ready for school lmao
