Enjoy the popularity you gained by standing up to SP's version =)
I hope you will make translation that everyone wants but remember, it's not race or something =) If you rush too much, you might encounter more bugs then the original one had =)
Remember, translation isn't about fame, about being first one to do it, making fans into liking your version or anything else, it's all about fans' pleasure of playing game in language they are familiar with. =)
And that's why I like the fact that you started really clear translation and I'm wishing you the best of luck.

I haven't worked with Ruby in a long time but if your LP translation runs into any problems scripting wise then just give me a call.

Ok, I'll keep checking here until you've got the second gym and will complete a speed run from there. I have more free time than I know what to do with right now so I'm glad to put it to use!

I saw that you need the save state but I'm afraid I haven't played the original very far because I figured I could better enjoy the story in English. I'll start a speed run and see how far I can get though. And I'd love to test for you too if and when you need it :)

Ok I saw what u said about if it works from wesleys site it will work however it doesnt work from the format westleys site provides it as. I have been playing the betas but I get them through 4shared.com so thats why I ask if it will work or not

Yes I can read, you just weren't being clear on what you were saying. Also SarcasticPrince's version is better since he is including new cries, and new Pokedex entries. Sorry, but I'm not gonna play your version, it's too boring.

I just wanted to add my support for your pure translation of LP. I've been lurking and following the thread since January, and I'm so very glad that someone is finally just doing Wesley's version in English. If you have any extra work I'd love to give you a hand. Good luck!
