I'm not on the computer to check (and I kinda doubt it anyway) but in FireRed, are there separate doors for the Mart and Center? If there is, you could edit one of them to open the other way.
I'm pretty sure there's a tool on Whack A Hack for tile animations, and I think you can add door animations with it, so you could always make a new one from scratch if there's none there to just edit :)
