Hey I'm new to PC but I'm trying to make a ROM hack...I was hoping to find someone on here who can do some graphic designing and help me out with a few custom sprites. Besides the recruitment page (which I have posted in already), is there any other way I can try and find some help (and actually have a decent chance that I'll find what I'm looking for)?

Hello, I'm from China I have something to report.
The person who made this post is a thief, and he is banned in Chinese ROM Hacking groups. The ROM he mentioned is a hack made by a person called Ebony Phantom (Chaotix) but he (the fake Ebonyphantom) wants to create his hack based on Chaotix's ROM along with neglecting everyone's alert. (Absolutely Chaotix don't give permission to him)

Therefore, I hope that you can ban him in this forum and delete all his posts. Banning his IP will be better because he may register another account and no one knows what he will do in this forum.
