I'm not saying he won't get promoted. I'm saying with all of the previous people on PC, there were only five staff administrators (not including bgt and mewthree, who were just placed there due to the fact community sites weren't involved with PC anymore) ever and there are people lined up who deserve it and have deserved that position for years. Like I said, Jess is one of those people who've been an assistant administrator forever and has yet to be promoted to staff administrator.

In all likeliness, I do see him becoming an assistant administrator, but with all of the facts regarding that specific position pointing against not just him, but everyone, SA is one of those nearly impossible ranks.

To become a staff administrator, the decision has to be unanimous between the other staff administrators and administrators. I see people getting to Assistant Administrator, but nothing higher than that for a really, really long time. Ryan may not even be here to wait that long due to the fact that he's starting to enjoy his offline life now. There's Assistant Administrators that were there for years, as I'm sure you know. Like Jess. She's yet to be promoted to anything else.
