That should be basically all you need to say (with the exclusions for the legends and later events), I'll just make a formal post to show "proof." (It's still heresay but it's from people that are all in on 3rd Gen event preservation and stuff, so I think they're a pretty good source.)

Uhh I think Haileo said a lot of the ones he has he keeps private, but he did direct me to this one in a VM. He told me it's a friend of his and anything on that list is definitely legit, and if it's missing it's likely a hack.
tl;dr on 3rd Gen events, we've determined that they SHOULD NOT have the "fateful encounter" tag, except for Mew/Deoxys/Lugia/Ho-Oh (which have an "obedience tag" due to programming in FRLG, and it shows up as the "fateful encounter" tag in later gens) or newer events that were FRLG only (like the PCNY Wish eggs). I'll post some more details based on what HaxAras and I chatted about, as well as some screenshots he sent me from his 3rd gen preservation community (if it's alright with him) later.

Replied to all the hack checks! Idk, I've seen issues about stuff not getting through Bank for weird reasons like moveset or something, hence why I recommended that. If it still doesn't go through then yeah for sure.
Also! Another user asked about a Pokemon with this OT/ID and Google searches brought up other hack checks where the guy had flawless Shinies and everyone agreed they were hacks, so I'll ask that this be on our blacklist!

EDIT: SOAPS I FINALLY GOT A HARD AND FAST ANSWER FOR 3RD GEN EVENTS AHAHAHA. I'm also finally finishing up my QR report, so I'll post about both of those in the hack check thread when I'm done!

Yay! Yeesh that sounds troublesome. @@ My PC has loose USB ports so stuff doesn't always connect which is a pain, but not as bad as that. If there's any trouble no worries, keep me posted!

Haha I feel ya on that one. I used to only do markings but added some colors to differentiate stuff. In my spreadsheet I have a lot more building up to indicate what gen it's on, if I got it from the OT or not, etc. Already becoming a nightmare. @w@

It's certainly easier to put info in tho, VS a table in Word or something. It also works better if you use actual programs rather than GDocs or something (as those don't lock images to the cells, whereas actual programs do). Haha exactly! Nothing is really that good for listing Pokmon info tbh. @w@

I had already seen Human noble intro, so I wanted to see something else, and I am not much into dwarfes so Elf it was for now, will probaly do mage if I replay the game from the begining again =3 (and take a look at Daelish intro just to see what happens)

Like in the videos I was watching, the brother had inferioity complex and was a bish about it, the mage guy with a spirit inside of him thinks everyone is after mages (and I see where it comes from but he still needs to chill a bit) x3
Yeah I am playing them, just arrived in Lothering, doing some side quests before going back to the main quest, gotta improve my battling skills as I accidentaly let party members die couple times x3
