well, 3 things need to be done in prep, and you can pick one

1. write a guide on how to get an account to use the TCGO and download the client

2. write up a post containing the restrictions and rules

3. get the decklists of each of the starter decks.

and then there's stuff after this that needs to be done, but these three need to happen first. I'll take whatever you don't do

You know what, I think diving right in with the tournament after writing up a walkthrough for how to create an account and download the TCGO, then stating that people are restricted to the base decks is a great idea. Advertising via our blogs would help.
