Oh, taht's easy. You have to scroll down and it will have a bunch of options and two more buttons that say "Submit new thread" and "Preivew new thread" Above those buttons is a check box that says "Add a poll with this post?" and check it, once you submit your thread, you can edit the poll, like the question and the choices. Hope that helps ;)
