nah, I believe that we should go with the original game's system it was like, after defeating the 2nd gym, pokemon up to level 30 would obey you, 4th gym 50, 6th gym 70, and 8th gym 100. and it resets through every region since you don't have that region's gym badges.

correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't get an Eevee before the national dex in the first place... you'll have to trade, and even though it won't show up in the Shinou pokedex, it'll still show up as your pokemon. you can evolve it to anything from there.

IMO, it looks a lot better with the numbers darker, and a little thinner too it seems. great job :D

yeah, I wanna add to the bit about adding the other parts of the numbers(the parts of 8 that aren't used) darker. you can't see them very well as of now. maybe just a few shades closer to the black?
