Yep. We have to turn that member down. We need a scripter. As for the rom base, let's try out recap. base thing. I've used Gen III Suite and it keeps doing glitches for me. So I'll try the other one. Currently downloading it right now.

Only mapper and spriter can not make a rom hack, my dear friend. One more important thing is scripting, and you missed that point. There are many others that you did not add in the message.
