Good question. I mean, some of the Trainers in that random foreign-speaking route speak English in the Japanese version iirc, so it's entirely possible XD According to some places, it was called the Howdy Hour and had phrases like "where's the burger shop?" because, you know, Americans...lmao.

I remember the TV does a ton of random stuff, but I thiiiiink one of them was a "master breeder" segment where they say how many eggs you've hatched. I seem to remember because I think I looked once during the game and it was like "Master Breeder Nic has hatched....0 eggs!" and I was like ;o;
