Wichu has a toolbox in the Tools section. I think it's called Advanced tools. But he has a sprite editor that can fix that if im not mistaken. Edit: Its called Advanced Sprite Position Editor. Here is a link to his toolbox for your convenience...

Im guessing you have Raikous flag as 1205 in A-map? I found that I couldnt get a sprite to stay hidden with flags over 1000. Try a flag under 1000. That should do it.

Im thinking about it. I started inserting tiles and what not into a fire red rom and mapping, but thats as far as I got.

If you edit the regular trainer sprite in unlz, it changes the trainer card sprite too.
