Okay, I'm an hour behind you. I'm about to go to the store, but I'll be on till ~3-4am. If you wanna do it tonight I can, so any time let me know. I noticed you wanted to trade items, too, but since you can't transfer items from gen 4 to 5, you should probably just leave those items on your soul silver. What I'll do is I'll transfer your Pokemon from my Pearl to my Black, then trade them back to your Black.
