When you say "didn't answered", it's not correct. See, the "did" in "didn't" (which, of course, is the past tense of "do") already satisfies the past tense that you are using, since "did" is a past tense word in itself. So when you're saying "didn't answered", you don't need to make "answered" past tense. It should just be "didn't answer".
