i should think thats right. if you find you're not getting adequate results with the femaleeverstone combination, you could always give the stone to the male. i could be wrong and there might be a chance of the nature getting passed down there lol :P so i'd recommend both genders being adamant.

also, an alternative to leach seed on celebi is recover

i'm sure thats right. and you'll need a bit of luck to get the IV's in the right places, and have them still decent. it might just offshoot and not get the 31's!! :P i'd recommend getting a female arcanine to breed it with, instead of a ditto. breeding is a complex affair..XD

wise choice with celebi :P i use gliscor personally

in fact, it's excellent that your arcanine is male..because when a ditto breeds with a female, and it has the everstone, theres a 50% chance that the offspring will gain the mothers nature. if its MALE, and the parent has any TM moves on it that the offspring can learn too, the offspring can inherit it. it will also gain 3 IV's from a male parent..thus shortening your IV breeding dramatically with arcanine XD

yeah..looking for a new suicune, raikou and breeding the arcanine would be a good idea..if arcanine male or female? as for the eevee, those are pretty acceptable IV's!! lol

quirky is a neautral nature..so it doesnt affect anything

okay..so its joly..more speed, but less special attack..yes, there are EV erasing berries..can't remember their names, but i have them XD

basically our celebi here needs, at first, to get in quickly, stealth rock and get out with minimal damage so it can be use later for attacking purposes..or re-stealth rocking it it gets taken away

i woudl change yawn and knock off to leach seed and psychic..theyre good for the examples, but they dont fit a celebi lol :P and calm nature is fine, although my celebi is sassy :P

lets say you have..a gliscor, or an uxie. something with high defense..and speed. you come in, straight away, stealth rock. if your opponent does not have a type disadvantage, use yawn for uxie, or you could just attack or use knock off with a gliscor. then just U-turn out to the appropriate sweeper!! :)

how about blissey??? for a 6th pokemon..i think you'd need a wall
