If you need dp pokemon on 3rd gen pokecry for pokemon just download of elite map
then download gba2midi and nds pokmon rom then drag your pokemon rom
to ndss something in gba2midi then it comes up with file pokemon name click it go
pokecry your rom wave then wave sample then go 06bc_0000 and add to your pokemon that you want 06bc_0000 is starly's cry :)

I didn't hack D/P, when did you get that impression?

And Advance Map only works with GBA games, hence the name. There's no map editor for D/P yet.
