Yes, you may write a cross-over with Pokemon. If Pokemon is the main focus, then it goes in Pokemon Fanfiction. Otherwise, it goes in Other Writing.

Have to say, yeah, Ed, Edd and Eddy was always one of my favorites. Love the artistic style, it was pretty much the last cartoon to be inked by hand. It's the only thing left on CN that doesn't suck, too. (Know this 'cos I've got a 7 year old brother. Even he can see that 90% of what Cartoon Network shows is terrible.)
