I don't think I can. I've been pretty busy with real life lately and I don't see myself getting enough time for my own hack any time soon. :/

If this is for the currently ongoing PokéCommunity Team Hack-off, then no, I can't help you with that. Mainly because I'm not part of your team, or any team, and I feel like helping you or another would be cheating.

We have two extra weeks for the hack, I need you to help with ideas. :3 The direct storyline needs dealt with, as it has only a general idea so far, we need specific clues. I proposed that it was Team Rocket but I'm not aure what everyone thinks so far. We can talk more about in depth plot in PMs if you'd like.

Unfortunately, I'm not much of a spriter. I don't know anything about making sprites really, since all of my sprites are just recolored using Paint.net.
So, for anything more complicated than a palette swap, I wouldn't know where to begin.

OK well it actually may be a few more days cause I decided to replace some pokemon today instead of expanding the pokedex. Hope this doesnt inconvenience you.:(

I downloaded CrystalNoel's stuff but I couldn't get it to work the way I wanted it to. So I just made a new VX Ace project and transferred the scripts that I wanted.
Did it say what the missing file was? It might be just a graphic or a sound file that you need.
In his Downloads page right before the comments there are two files, one for Pokemon Graphics, one for Background music.

Usually I'll search for what I want, like "vx ace achievements" or "vx ace ATB" and see what I can find.
